I look forward to the next training week in April.
The Mindfulness Now Teacher Training course was again held at the MAC, Birmingham this week. I really do love being one of the trainers on this course and always come away feeling really positive. All the students are always so lovely and the discussions that are had are always really interesting. It's brilliant that so many people are becoming interested in mindfulness for all sorts of personal and professional reasons and the course continues to have an almost permanent waiting list. It's great that so many people come from all over the country and are choosing to take mindfulness back out to the four corners of the UK. In fact, Mindfulness Now will soon be hitting Europe as one person came all the way from Italy!
I look forward to the next training week in April.

This week I felt very privileged to have been asked to be involved in helping to train bereavement volunteers at St. Mary's Hospice in Selly Oak, Birmingham. So on Tuesday evening I spoke about the history of Mindfulness, what it can be used for and how, and led some formal mindfulness meditations too. I really enjoyed working with them for the evening and look forward to establishing further connections with them again very soon. St. Mary's Hospice is a lovely, friendly and welcoming place and everyone does such sterling work for such a worthy cause.
Very excited to have been asked to be part of the Anxiety Detox Team in 2016! Please look in on the website to find out more information on one day workshops in Birmingham and 5 day retreats in Somerset.
