My News!

Due to the nature of hypnotherapy and mindfulness, a lot of what I do remains confidential. However, whenever I can, I like to share what's been going on in 'Rachel's world'. My work in group mindfulness and tutoring lends itself more to sharing than 1:1 hypnotherapy or mindfulness sessions, so many of the posts you'll see here are to do with that. But that doesn't mean that the private 1:1s aren't going on. It's just that I take the confidentiality of my clients very seriously.
Thanks for dropping by!

Variety is the spice of life!

An interesting and varied week again last week including seeing hypnotherapy clients, and work based around mindfulness.
I really do love the discussions that take place in our mindfulness groups at Central England College and, as numbers increase, the discussions seem to become more and more thought-provoking. People come from all walks of life and with varying experiences of mindfulness already - some are already seasoned mindfulness practitioners whereas others may never have experienced anything like secular meditation for stress reduction before. It's all good! And all are welcome. Please book via 0121 444 1110 as places are limited. And see the Blue Sky Mind website for more information: blueskymind.org.uk
And it was great getting such positive feedback from the sessions I led on the Mindfulness Now Teacher Training module at the Midlands Art Centre. Again, some really interesting discussions were had and many questions raised (and hopefully answered)! If you've ever thought about becoming a mindfulness teacher do look in on the website for further information: mindfulnessnow.org.uk
