I held my charity day on Monday 20th July teaching self-hypnosis techniques to raise funds for St. Mary's Hospice in Birmingham (I unfortunately had to cancel the first date on 11th due to a rather nasty tummy bug - sorry to those people who had booked in and were unable to re-book). I really enjoyed seeing everyone and they were all so interested in the techniques being taught as well as asking about mindfulness too. Hopefully they will all now have a bit more of an understanding of what hypnosis is and what it entails, and also have some very basic techniques that they can use in their everyday lives for stress reduction or a confidence boost.
