Really enjoyed leading three brief mindfulness sessions at the Shout Out for Youth Mental Health Convention at the Midland Arts Centre, Edgbaston today.
The day involved dance and poetry performances as well as films, talks and discussions - all with Youth Mental Health as a focus.
