Quit 4 Life - Smoking Cessation Unfortunately these sessions are not being delivered during Covid Restrictions

Very occasionally you may decide that you could benefit from a follow-up session:
Subsequent hour long sessions = discounted rate of £80 each
As part of the Quit 4 Life Progamme, I have made an agreement that for every person I see I will make a donation to Cancer Research UK.
A single session 60 minutes = £160

- In order to secure your appointment, full payment is requested via bank transfer at the time of booking please. Up until the time payment is received your appointment may be offered to someone else.
Therefore, sessions are not confirmed until payment has been received.
You should ensure, please, that your payment clears at least 48 hours in advance of the initial therapy session and then 48 hours before the start of each subsequent session.
Cancellations Policy
If, for any reason you have to cancel an agreed appointment, you must notify Rachel Broomfield by email to [email protected]
If cancellation is made more than 48 hours before the session, then the payment taken for the session is fully refundable.
If the cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the session then the payment taken for the session is, unfortunately, non-refundable.
If, for any reason, the appointment is cancelled by Rachel Broomfield then as much notice as possible will be given and a full refund will be made.
