One-to-One Hypnotherapy & Mindfulness Sessions
Professional, individual support tailored to you
Sometimes it can be helpful to have some dedicated time and space to focus on what's happening for you and what you'd like to change.
I offer one-to-one hypnotherapy and mindfulness sessions online via Zoom, providing a calm, confidential and supportive environment where we can explore the difficulties you're experiencing and work towards meaningful, positive change.
How I work
There isn't a one-size-fits-all approach.
Sessions are tailored to you and may draw upon clinical hypnotherapy, mindfulness and other evidence-informed therapeutic approaches, depending on your individual needs, preferences and goals.
I have a particular interest in supporting people experiencing anxiety, stress and low mood, although these can show themselves in many different ways and affect different areas of life.
You don't need to know whether hypnotherapy, mindfulness or a combination of approaches would be most suitable before getting in touch. We can discuss this together.
What to expect
Sessions take place online via Zoom, so you can join from the privacy and comfort of your own home.
One-to-one appointments last approximately 50 minutes and cost £80 per session.
Before arranging an appointment, I'll ask for some information about what you'd like help with. This gives me an opportunity to make sure that what I offer is appropriate for you and gives you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.
Hypnotherapy or Mindfulness?
Although they are different approaches, hypnotherapy and mindfulness can complement one another extremely well.
Hypnotherapy can help you work with thoughts, feelings, habits and patterns of response in a focused and therapeutic way.
Mindfulness can help you develop a different relationship with thoughts and emotions, becoming more aware of what's happening without automatically becoming caught up in it.
For some people one approach may be particularly appropriate; for others, elements of both may be useful. The work is always shaped around the individual rather than following a fixed formula.
Taking the next step
If you're considering one-to-one support, you're very welcome to get in touch.
You can tell me a little about what you're experiencing and what you're hoping for, and we can consider whether working together may be appropriate.
