My News!

Due to the nature of hypnotherapy and mindfulness, a lot of what I do remains confidential. However, whenever I can, I like to share what's been going on in 'Rachel's world'. My work in group mindfulness and tutoring lends itself more to sharing than 1:1 hypnotherapy or mindfulness sessions, so many of the posts you'll see here are to do with that. But that doesn't mean that the private 1:1s aren't going on. It's just that I take the confidentiality of my clients very seriously.

RMB Hypnotherapy Continues to Support Clients Online Across the UK and Internationally

I'm delighted to be breathing new life into my news page!

Since launching RMB Hypnotherapy in 2014, my work has continued to grow and evolve. Today, I provide online clinical hypnotherapy and mindfulness sessions via Zoom, supporting clients throughout the UK with a compassionate, evidence-informed approach tailored to each individual's needs.

Alongside supporting clients, I've been privileged to take on a wider role within the profession. As a tutor and supervisor with both the UK College of Clinical Hypnosis and the UK College of Mindfulness Meditation, I help train, mentor and support the next generation of hypnotherapists and mindfulness teachers. This work allows me to share practical skills, encourage ethical and compassionate practice, and contribute to maintaining high professional standards within both disciplines.

My background as a primary school teacher continues to influence my approach. I have a particular interest in emotional wellbeing, resilience and helping people develop practical skills they can use in everyday life. Whether I'm working with clients, teaching students or supervising qualified practitioners, my aim is always the same: to provide a calm, supportive environment where people can grow in confidence and make meaningful, lasting changes.

Since moving my practice online in 2020, I've had the privilege of working with clients from across the UK and the world. Online sessions offer the same professional, confidential and personalised support as face-to-face therapy, while making it easier for people to access help from the comfort of their own home.

Looking ahead, I hope to update this news page more regularly and continue adding new articles to my In2Minds blog. I'll be sharing reflections, mindfulness practices, practical ideas and insights into how hypnotherapy and mindfulness can support health and wellbeing. Whether you're exploring these approaches for the first time or have an established practice of your own, I hope you'll find something here to inform, encourage and inspire you.

Best wishes,
Rachel
