My News!

Due to the nature of hypnotherapy and mindfulness, a lot of what I do remains confidential. However, whenever I can, I like to share what's been going on in 'Rachel's world'. My work in group mindfulness and tutoring lends itself more to sharing than 1:1 hypnotherapy or mindfulness sessions, so many of the posts you'll see here are to do with that. But that doesn't mean that the private 1:1s aren't going on. It's just that I take the confidentiality of my clients very seriously.

Lovely people. Lovely weather. Lovely venue. It can mean only one thing... Mindfulness Teacher Training Week at the Midlands Arts Centre. I'm lucky indeed to be involved as one of the tutors :)
